We still accept phones like this but when selecting your carrier please choose “ Other Carrier” for correct quote.

What if I sent my phone in with the wrong condition?

If you send in your device with the wrong condition it will result in a revised offer and there will be a delay in processing your payment because we have double check every step.

What if my phone is damage upon arrival?

We encourage you to purchase insurance with the shipping carrier. As extra precaution. We will video record every step in evaluating your phone from the point it’s drop off to our location. Damage product will fall on the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
